1. General Refund Policy

  • Customizable Products: As our products are made-to-order, refunds are not available once production has started. Please ensure all customization details are accurate before confirming your order.

  • Non-Customizable Products: Refunds for standard items are available if a return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

  • For products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • To process the claim, please provide:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Your order number

  • Refunds will be granted only after verifying the claim.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

4. Delays in Production or Delivery

  • Customizable Products: Delays may occur due to the complexity of customization or external factors (e.g., supply chain disruptions).

  • Refunds or cancellations will not be granted solely based on delays unless the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the original estimated delivery timeline and no updates are provided.

  • Customers will be notified promptly about any changes in delivery schedules to manage expectations.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has begun.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customizable products that meet the agreed-upon specifications.

  • Digital products or services once delivered.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen events, such as shipping carrier disruptions or customs holds.
